Legal Negotiations

The Legal Negotiations class is a pilot project intended to improve the participant’s lawyering skills. Its main approach is to provide the participants with constant feedback regarding their work. The participants themselves are also urged to give their negotiation partners feedback on a weekly basis. Every participant receives individual feedback over the course of the semester.

The class is divided into two small groups. This way, negotiations can be simulated continuously during the semester while ensuring maximum student participation.
