Gender and Negotiations

The Gender and Negotiations class is aimed at helping the participants develop their rhetorical skills in order to negotiate in a focused and directed manner. In addition to general negotiation strategies, gender specific approaches are covered, as well.  The class is practical and hands-on. It includes negotiation exercises, soft skill training, training with practicing lawyers, a body language trainer, and job interview training.

A lawyer’s command of language and ability to convey ideas are among the most important tools at his or her disposal.  For this reason, the class focuses on these main subjects.
