Practice Skills for Lawyers
In Practice Skills for Lawyers, an attorney licensed in two states and the United States Tax Court instructs on topics related to the daily practice of a lawyer in the United States.
Students are given the opportunity to participate in practical exercises where they can improve their oral and written communication skills, particularly as those skills are used with regard to clients, other attorneys, courts and government agencies. In addition, the course analyzes the various stages of litigation that occur in a typical U.S. lawsuit.
