Appellate Advocacy

In this course you will learn what appellate advocacy means, how the appellate process works. You will read a trial transcript, spot important issues in the process and draft an appellant's brief. This course will be offered within the CUSL program in summer semester 2023. The lecturer is Dean Ella Kwisnek from Duquesne University School of Law.
